This coffee is part of our core lineup of Central American coffees. We usually buy either a Oaxaca or Chiapas each year, to fulfill that "nutty, sweet and balanced'' easy to drink and approachable coffee. This coffee is a great crowd-pleasing batch brew, with low acidity it stands up well to cream, sugar, (or if it's sadly forgotten in the air pot but still drinkable after it has passed its peak).
