The organic Peruvian coffee used in this decaffeinated espresso is from the Cautivo Cooperative in northern Peru. This is a low acidity, medium-bodied crowd pleaser with notes of dark chocolate, malt, and raisin in both the aroma and cup.
The Cautivo Co-op has focused on improving the standard of living for all involved through practices such as promoting water management, environmental protection, and the production of organic materials. The Cautivo co-op has achieved organic certification through these sustainable practices.
